A short Q&A about our shipping & return policies.
Shipping Policy Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item weight, size, number of items and destination. We only charge for the actual shipping cost. We don't mark up postage. We ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is received before 3:00PM MST, it will be mailed that same day. Orders received after that will be shipped the next business day. We only ship to US addresses. No international shipping is provided. All items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Return Policy Please read the policies below if you'd like to make a return. Typically the time period is 30 from when you received the item(s). We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at answers@clickpik101.com. We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original packaging and tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition it was received. We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within of the date you received your item. Refunds Once we receive the item, we will send you an email to confirming we received it and a statement stating how much will be returned to your card. We only refund to your original method of payment - the same credit card you used to purchase the item. This is typically done within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process the transaction, typically 2-3 business days. We will send you an email confirming the refund was issued along with the last four digits of the card we refunded. Exchanges In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email answers@clickpik101.com within 30 days of receiving your product explaining what the issue is and that you would like to exchange., For items undamaged or otherwise not a result of our error or the shipping company: We will send you a pre-addressed label for you to use and attach. Please pack the item carefully, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage. Attach the label and buy sufficient postage then send it off. You are responsible for all return shipping and packaging costs. If the item was damaged, missing parts, wrong item, etc. We will send you a pre-paid label for you to use. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange. We reserve the right to exchange or refund at our discretion. Final Sale or Closeout Items If the item is marked “final sale” or closeout, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded. Insurance If you’re shipping an item over $50, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We provide insurance up to $50 so anything beyond that is your responsibility.

Answers to payment methods and security.
We use Stripe to process your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card. We try and avoid Paypal. We do not accept cash, check, or money order. By using Stripe, your card information is secure and safe. We never store any financial information on our site and take your security and privacy seriously. There is nothing for those wiley hackers to steal here - unless they like product images and inventory numbers!

Of course we take it seriously,. We will never sell or otherwise share the information you share with us with anyone else unless you give us permission. Even then we probably won't share, we're possessive like that. We may ask you for certain personal information, but this is only for billing and shipping purposes. For example, we request your email address when you start the checkout process. This is only to notify you of your order status, any changes to your order status and shipping notifications. We won't use it for anything else.
